I made some Stainless bars and a spring perch for Rich's Sporty today. I fooled around with a new attachment method that has a really clean, trick look to it. I plan on doing a lot more like this in the future.

LSS Turn-Down T Bar

These bars are gorgeous! They have .120 wall lower construction with an .065 top bar for internal throttle option. Bars measure 7 1/2" wide with 8 3/4" overall height. They have 20 degrees of pull back and 20 degrees turn down.

Handlebars

I finished these up today. I am only making ONE set of these so if you want them act fast. They are as narrow as possible while still fitting in a stock Harley clamp. Measuring 4 7/8" across the inside of the bottom tube, 9 3/4" high with 15 degrees pullback and a 40 degrees pull down. The bottom construction is .120 wall and the top tube is .065 and will accommodate internal throttle.  Available for purchase on Original Parts page.

Sportster pt. 2

Got some more work done on the Sportster job. Oil tank is finished minus the mounts, bars are in place, fuel tank got a new tunnel and now I just need to make a cap and mount it to the backbone; finish the mid controls and exhaust.

Figured I'd throw in another example of where slugs are applied. I cut matching fish mouths into the tops of both riser tubes and TIG welded the seam making sure to get adequate penetration.
